Strategy
A good strategy is based on comprehensive research and analysis. We look at products, markets and users – develop new ideas, find innovative ways and thus lay the foundation for a successful project.
We record the current status of the competition with an extensive product research. The products on the market are shown and categorized. The next step is trend research. Future developments from different areas such as material, design and technology are searched for and listed. A broad view is important here. Interdisciplinary factors and mutual dependencies must be taken into account.
During a market and portfolio analysis, we gather information about the industry, competitors and their product portfolios. Important questions are clarified. For example: How should the future product be classified in the market? How is the competition positioned? A comprehensive analysis can serve as a basis for decision-making and helps to classify the future project on the market.
People are the focus of every development process. A successful product, should be tailored to the user. Intuitive usability and a positive user experience are essential. The target group and user definition defines who the target group is and how the product is used by them.
The process of developing new ideas starts with questioning regularities and established rules. We take a step back, leave familiar thought structures and in this way get a new perspective. This is the starting point for the development of innovative and future-oriented products.
With concept studies, we can check and evaluate initial ideas for their feasibility. Advantages and disadvantages crystallise. Boundary conditions can be defined, costs can be better planned and risks can be assessed more easily. With this knowledge, tangible solutions can be developed from the initial ideas.
A look at the market, the company’s environment, its customers and the company itself are prerequisites for developing a strategy. Together with our customers, we define possible goals, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company and thus develop the best way to realize a successful product.
